    We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the challenges of shopping online and are committed to providing top-notch service so you feel confident in every purchase!


    Return Policy

    At Iconix™, we have simplified our return process. As our items are all priced under $100 and return shipping costs often range between $30 and $40 (incurred by customers), we no longer accept returns. This policy helps keep our prices accessible for all. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your item, please reach out to us directly at contact@iconixstore.com—we’re here to help.

    Iconix™ will still accept items for exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • The item has no visible signs of wear or damage.
    • All original packaging is intact.
    • Any signs of wear or damage may void the Iconix™ guarantee.

    Certain items, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases, are not eligible for exchange.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    To request an exchange, please reach out to us at contact@iconixstore.com with your order number and reason for the request. We may require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) to process your request according to the guidelines stated here.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    If your exchange request is approved, we will process the applicable refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    Please note that refunds may take between 2-3 business days to process between financial institutions. If you have not received your refund after this time frame, please contact us at contact@iconixstore.com so we can investigate further.


    Gifts

    For items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your exchange. Once the item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


    Damaged Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our team at contact@iconixstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We use tracking information and carrier confirmations to review claims. If damage is not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to honor the claim.
